Do the smoothies have fruit? Oh no. That would add too much sugar. So I spent $10 on a plastic cup of fake food and chemicals and went on my way. Horrible. Should have left when I walked in and was hit hard by the overwhelming scents of artificial fragrances.

They have a variety of different protein shake options, with the choice to add in things like creatine, extra protein, wellness shots etc. There's a lot of different things to choose from! It was $9 for my shake, which is a little expensive, but it was so good that I can justify the price. I will definitely be back and I would recommend you try it if your looking for a post-workout snack!
