Every Single Time! If they reject it, they cut off your debit card. The only time you don't have to submit it is if it's a doctor visit co-pay. Trying to get details from an electronic payment is very difficult because the app only lets you take a picture or use a photo. You can't save an electronic payment in a file because the app is to basic to handle it I do not recommend any employers use this company! You employees will not like it and in a lot of cases will struggle to submit proof .
