He remembered minor details about myself months after my first appointment with him. Dr. Lavi is a great Allergy and Asthma physician, you can tell he not only knows what he's talking about, but that he's passionate about it. The office was not difficult to get into as a new patient-- I was scheduled very quickly. The staff at both the Twinsburg and Fairlawn offices are always so kind and helpful. Seriously, I probably won't be changing allergists until I absolutely have to. I reccommend Dr. Lavi to anyone around me that mentions allergy or asthma problems; I think everyone needs to have a doctor like him.

He is so polite & easy to speak with; all of my questions were answered and my options clearly explained. I truly enjoyed his company and appreciated his knowledge. Although my appointment was in regards to insomnia, he was honest & explained to me that he would not be the right individual to assist me. He typically deals with insomnia caused by physical ailments (ex: sleep apnea) vs. psychological/unknown causes. However, he did set up a sleep study & a meeting with another professional; this is more progress than I have ever made with any other doctor!
