The fact that the charter schools have to wait until the public schools open in order to pick up the kids from the charter school, knowing that the charter schools start before the public schools is ridiculous. If you have no means of transportation your kids WILL miss an entire week and a few days just because they say that they don't start picking kids up until the public schools are open.... So basically it's okay if the charter school kids miss school because of this ridiculous rule???? read more

Be careful with this company. Staff shares your business with others. They don't care about children safety. While other locations and companies strive to provide excellent services this locations in the last 12 years have provided Awful services and somehow still stays in business they should just be eliminated read more

Lack of communication & accountability from general manager and trainers, will be bullied into silence for speaking up for your needs and any disrespect shown from management, is not accepting of differences of others that are not harming anyone and certain people expect you to be tolerant of disrespect if they are upset with someone else. read more

Lucy same here my son was left on the bus after school I had to go down to the school myself because I got no answers what's so ever and when I arrived to the school it was after 6pm at night !!! The manager of the company was not informed that a student hadn't made it home at those hours and come to find out my son was asleep in the back of a small bus and left unattended!!! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were 3 hours late on the first day of school with my 6 year old child. Nobody was in the office picking up the phone. Even the school couldn't get anyone on the phone to figure out where kids were. I have not once been able to get anyone on the phone even for routine matters. Then, yesterday the driver told my child (now 7) to get off of the bus after driving him around in a loop for 20 minutes. This was not at his regular stop, and he had to walk home alone because they didn't communicate this change. This company is disorganized and terrible!! read more
