They seemed like really good people, responded in the consultation to all the issues I'd had with…read morethe two previous attorneys who'd done me wrong, and then, they went missing for over a month when I really needed them. They acted so compassionate, but it wasn't real. Full disclosure: I have a terrible TBI, and one of the symptoms I struggle with is agitation. I called the office upset one day, when I should not have been on the phone with anyone, and I let slip a few swear words. There is no excuse for this; but, it's consistent with my injury unfortunately. And when I explained how sorry I was for swearing, that it hadn't been directed at them, and that I'd really just made an error in judgment because I was so angry and agitated from other things that day, they didn't care at all. So, how can a "compassionate" firm just ditch their client who's in serious need, after just a single heated interaction? Especially when the infraction in this case was consistent with the injury? It's because they don't really care. How can I conclude anything else? If you have a case that you think they can help you with, don't let me stop you. But if you have a TBI, or other severely disabling injury, and you're hoping for care/support/presence beyond the BARE MINIMUM, I'd think again. I wish this weren't the case, but I feel the need to share my experience so others in my position (or similar) do not meet the same frustrating, difficult circumstances. When you're already deep in the pain/suffering/torture of a workers' comp case, you need your attorney to come through for you--not disappear, and then penalize you for being upset about their absence.

This is exactly what this law office does! Sometimes in life you find people that truly care about others. Words can't really describe the professionalism, integrity, respect, kindness, and compassion that Vince Scotto showed me during this very difficult time. I shared my story with Vince and in turn he treated me like family, supporting me through every phase of the journey. He did the work while I worked at recovering. Vince Scotto deserves more than five stars! If ever you need assistance I highly recommend Vince Scotto! He will provide a caring, team approach, to support you and your family!

I came to her during a difficult time and needed clear, honest guidance. She was incredibly responsive and took the time to do a thorough review of my situation and the employment contracts and agreements I sent over prior to our meeting. She asked thoughtful questions, walked through the details, and helped me understand my options. I got strong expertise, relatable examples and not just generic legal advice. What stood out was how she was helpful after the meeting. She followed up with clear emails, practical advice, helpful next steps, and made herself available when additional questions came up. If you're dealing with an employment issue and want someone who is sharp, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping empower you with the knowledge you need to navigate your situation well, I'd highly recommend Laura. If a situation arises in the future where I need advice again, I know where to find it.

Over the following weeks, Laura remained fast to reply, thorough in her explanations, and patient through each revision--never rushing, never losing focus, and always advocating for my interests. Just as important, her fee was fair and transparent; she didn't try to add unnecessary work or push me toward higher costs. Thanks to her steady, strategic approach, we finalized a stronger agreement, and I felt fully supported from start to finish. Strongly recommend!
