We did think we had all…read moreof the necessary papers to avoid some of probate as my parents had established a revocable trust and associated pour over wills. However, over time and due to several moves, several of the pages of the trust were missing, including beneficiaries and signature pages, along with signature pages of the pour over wills. Therefore, we had to progress as if we had neither of those documents, so probate without a will. Jessica and her staff helped us through the process, guiding us throughout, ensuring we were adhering to Pennsylvania State law. Was very pleased with Rafferty Law and would definitely recommend them to others for their knowledge, patience and guidance throughout the process.

I have contacted him many times, and he has not returned my call. I guess I thought that he represented us in this case even after the fact. All I really wanted was him to contact our ex-contractor's attorney to alert him that his client is missing the date due for the payment almost every month. Also, our ex-contractor has misspelled our names, and on the last check, he didn't even sign it. I didn't that was too much to ask that Attorney Schimizzi take care of that for us.

It was as straightforward as it got. I paid for the home with cash and skipped all the inspections I could trying to save time. It still took her around 60 days to get us to closing. Then after several weeks and multiple mistakes later she calls me and said a non client said something and threatened to stop everything in it's tracks costing me months of my time and several thousand dollars in fees. It was very uncomfortable working with her. Several times I emailed her with multiple questions and she seemed incapable of answering more than one question at a time, disregarding my other questions about the property and the process. I've never heard of anyone "being out of the office."
