He was very apologetic and fixed everything that was wrong with the Job. He offered me come compensation, which I did not take because I told him I was not there for that. I just wanted things to be correct. I very much appreciated his attitude and his willingness to make everything right. He has earned my business as a customer. Got my oil changed the other day, I always go to this location so for me to post this tells you I am not a happy person at the moment. I have oil leaking on my garage floor, and my engine had oil flung on it and not wiped down after the service. I took videos as I will be talking to the manager Tomorrow. If the owner of this location sees this post, I would like them to reach out to me as well. I have been going to OilCan Henry and Valvoline since 2005, this does not make me happy.

Ok so months and months ago I went to Metro and typed out a very long review....I just deleted that…read moreone and starting this one lol. Just didn't feel like that last one was...right. I mean, what I said about this place and the staff was what I wanted to say, but yeah, something was off with the review. I know as I write if I'm gonna love what I've written or if I'll write one and then put in drafts. I'm weird, I know lol. Few weeks ago, the roommate and I went back here for an oil change. Sooo now I can write a review, a more updated one even if I say things very similar to my first review that I just deleted lol. Jake and Tyler run this place and they're fn amazing. Jake, as long as we have been going to him as always gone above and beyond to make you happy. The guy is amazing. Tyler, if I remember correctly, came along later (when they worked at Einstein's) and happy he did come along and happy he is now at Metro after Vavoline bought Einstein's...which was a shame because Vavoline sucks...that's for another review that I'll never do because I'll never go there lol. Metro is literally 30 mins from my house. So that aspect...well, it sucks lol. Have an old truck and during the summer it doesn't do too well with the heat. We still drive over to Metro regardless tho because we know we will get amazing service from an incredible staff of guys who know what they are doing and who actually really enjoy what they are doing. You go, you'll see what I'm talking about. The drive to Metro is totally worth it, it would be cool tho if they open a shop in Boise tho (wink, wink lol. I'd use the emoji instead of the creepy "wink" word, but Yelp doesn't allow emojis lol) One saying I've always heard in commercials and whatnot and have always thought "what a line of bullshit" hahaha is "we treat you like family" Metro, I don't think uses that cringe line, but they actually do treat you like family or like y'all have been friends for years. Yeah we have known Jake for awhile, but I have seen him interact with others and he is just as incredible and friendly with them as he is with us, as is the rest of the staff. Jake keeps us coming back tho. Great guy, service is always on point and prices here are perfect. They don't overcharge you or try to guilt you into buying something you DON'T need like so many of these places do. So even though they may not be 3 mins from my house like they used to be, the drive to Meridian to get the help/service from them is worth it. Jake and Tyler are the best. So happy Jake was able to get his own shop, he deserves it. I won't make this too long, so I guess ima end it there. I'm afraid if I go any longer, Yelp will cut me off. They always have a subtle way of telling me to "stfu already" hahahaha because my reviews tend to be a tad longer than most...I mean, why write a short one? Write exactly what needs to be said with maybe a small story of sorts thrown in there haha! Ok said I was ending aaaaaaand....I am! Thanks for reading Yelpederees! We took our Porsche Cayenne in for an oil change. We have taken in before with no problem. The service guy said they thought it was a turbo which 9.5 to 10 quarts our car takes 7 quarts. My husband took it back and the same message came up "oil limit above maximum" my husband called back and was told they would call us back and never did. It cost approximately $160. We took it to Porsche which they determined there was too much oil and removed it all which we paid $250. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.

She was more interested in looking good and dressed in a crop top that was just off for the business. No one had name tags or company clothes on so was not sure who was doing what. I went into a Walmart service center on Eagle and Fairview just in November to say the least they did not replace or even looked at my filter and I asked for a full checklist which includes filters, tires, wipers and such. They lied the only thing they did was change the oil. Noah not only replaced the air filter, he also replaced the air filter hidden inside the glove box. I did not even knew that there's a filter there? Anyway they did a lot of work to include flushing my coolant system. The staff went beyond and above service and I can't thank them enough.
