Maintenance with Ronald is quick and efficient- any issue or problem that I have reported (3 in two years) results in it being taken care of in 12 hours or less. Willow Creek is quiet and the tenants are friendly. Anyone who doesn't appreciate this place is nuts. I recommend it highly and can't say enough good things. I am so happy to have found this place!

Specifically lease enforcement, illegal drug/marijuana use, unregistered and inoperable motor vehicles, and failure to treat back of building units with the same attention as street visible front side units. Courtesy officers, if any, are never seen making any rounds. There are many other seemingly less important issues that are "overlooked". My biggest complaint is no one from the corporate office will even bother to come UNANNOUNCED and observe this property without advanced notice. The only accolade I can provide at this time is the recent renovations! I just wish that appliances would have been included in this upgrade.

During my time here I was constantly fighting doors and windows that wouldn't seal, cabinets falling apart, and pieces of ceiling falling down. However this is far from the worst thing. During my last year I agree'd upon signing an 8 month lease with the office however they went ahead and made the lease for the full 12 months. After moving out I received a notice that I owed for ending the lease early. I sent the emails showing that an 8 month lease was agree'd to but was told the emails and what I was told did not matter and I would owe the full amount. Avoid these if at all possible! There are better options in the area!

Far from great. Our…read morefamily's experience with Piedmont Ridge Apartments has been extremely disappointing, particularly when it comes to communication and obtaining information concerning the tenancy. One example occurred when my son requested a copy of his lease. Instead of receiving what we understood to be his complete lease, he was given one page. That page also stated that he did not pay a security deposit. This raised additional concerns and questions for us about the accuracy and completeness of the records being provided. When a tenant asks for a copy of documents concerning their own tenancy, I believe the response should be clear, complete, and professional. When there are questions about payments, deposits, or other important terms, accurate documentation becomes even more important. We have tried to communicate and work through problems, but the process has often felt unnecessarily difficult and impersonal. I understand that apartment management has rules, leases, bills, and responsibilities to enforce. My criticism is not that rules exist. It is about how residents are treated and how clearly important matters are documented and communicated. Based on our family's experience, I cannot recommend Piedmont Ridge Apartments. I hope management improves its communication, recordkeeping, transparency, and treatment of residents in the future.
