At the first hearing she appeared ill-prepared confusing the client's name. At the second hearing she was out of country stating it would continue as scheduled and she would appear via zoom. It was a waste of time for everyone that showed up since the Judge stating he doesn't do zoom in his court room. The day of the third hearing lawyers mitigated behind closed doors with no transparency. In addition, prior r to the court hearing she demanded additional funds of a $10,000.00 check without an invoice. Talk about abuse of the elderly. Client ended of firing her. Roxie Cluck is no longer able to provide critical representation that clients require in their sensitive cases.se her services or you will be sorry.

Now she absolutely refuses to waive the Attorney fee so that we can continue with our case. Since this is a Disability case, no one gets paid now for this disaster. End of life issues are already coming up for my husband and now it's looking like he will be crippled without resources for an additional three years just to get back where we are, preparing to go in front of a judge after the the first two initial denials that nearly everyone deals with.
