Have been with them several years. Friendly, prompt service... and they pick up the phone/respond to email. Always helpful.

My mother which happens to be elderly and lives in an elderly park also let me add has been using Dunlop's for years ran out of propane on Saturday. Let me add the coldest day and day after snow storm. She called and explained she was out of propane to whom I believed was an answering service. About a half hour later she received a call back and was told they would be out and she said she had $100 cash and could you please deliver that much in propane. She was told he would come out and deliver for $390.00. ($100 for propane and an xtra $290 for coming out on Saturday). Again she is elderly and does not have that extra cash. She went without heat all weekend. When she called Monday told woman she was out and had $200 cash they immediately came right out literally at her house within a half hour. This woman froze all weekend it was literally 51 degrees in her house. Dunlap TOTALLY RIPS the elderly off and it's unbelievable that he can get away with this. Needless to say we are now looking into a new company a company that actually treats the elderly FAIR! going to try and make my story short. I guess my brother owed him money and he removed the tank. Dunlap put him on automatic fill when he didn't want it so he lived on a budget. So my brother survived on electric heaters in the cold winters and nobody knew. He has since passed away. My mother inherited the house from my father who was the owner of my brothers place. She is 86yrs old. She has this mobile home up for sale. I made the mistake of calling Dunlap about the tank and he went on about my brother owing him money. Told him he passed away and my 86 yr old mother was not responsible for him. He was 58 yrs old. So I guess the people who were interested in buying the place decided to call him and ask about the furnace and he told them it was no good. The buyers freaked and backed out of the sale. Dunlap is an angry person, angry at my brother who is no longer with us and decided to take this out on my mother. Thank you Dunlap. Hope you can live with yourself.
