The lady at the window was on her phone texting while "helping" I noticed they got the order wrong so I asked if I was charged for the mix up and she said "yep" and continued on her phone. With my order I get two pup cups but don't want my dogs eating the donut holes they put in the cups so I asked if they could take the doughnuts out and just charge me for one cup (Starbucks is free) she said her manager told her she couldn't do that anymore and that I would be charged for both. But really who are we kidding that's not going to break the bank, really is about the experience when going to the store and for me it has been horrible. Where she was then refused her drink, by a particular staff member named Taylor and then the supervisor on duty also refused to give her her drink. Also, while my daughter was at the window Taylor called my daughter a Slut. So not only did you refuse to give my daughter her drink, nor gave her a refund. I only gave 1 star for that 1 polite girl that brought our order to the parking lot. Otherwise, I will not give this store any star! The lady that took our order was rude and we can hear her being impatient! The lady by the window register did not exhibit any joy at all, is she flat affect? I want to see my receipt please and she did not even ask if I want my receipt she just tossed it! After waiting for 3 minutes, she asked us to move to the parking lot and wait for our food, no please and it sounded so impolite! FYI, facial expressions and tones of the voice changes everything! The current 2-Star rating is pretty fair considering the service. I waited in the drive through for probably twenty minutes today. We got the Girl Scouts thin mint frozen chocolate but it was disappointing. We thought it would have chunks of thin mints but it was just chocolate syrup and fake mint flavoring. Anyone can do that and call it Girl Scouts thin mint. It took the cashier a good two minutes just to get my change. Another problem: why can't Dunkin keep adequate stock of seasonal donuts? Ever hear of supply & demand? You know these seasonal donuts are special & will attract business. Why can't you make extra? I swear every time I try to pick up a seasonal donut, it's out of stock. Do yourself a favor and visit the other Dunkin Donuts in the area. The bad review and single star here is not for Dunkin Donuts' products, but for this particular shop. I have gone here twice and while the other Dunkin Donuts appears to be family owned, this one employs your basic teenage boneheads. The service has been absolutely appalling both times. One time there was no coffee made (it's a coffee place!) and the one worker on break was upset she had to make the coffee. The coffee was then served to me in a paper cup (out of styrofoam and those heat huggers) and I proceeded to burn my hands the entire time I drank my coffee. They were also out of sugar. The second time I thought I'd just run in and get a donut. They were out of almost all donuts (it's also a donut place!). It's National Donut Day (I take my donuts pretty seriously) and the sign says with every drink purchase you get a free classic donut. I purchased three drinks, didn't get any free donuts. Just because I purchase a dozen other donuts, doesn't mean I don't want my three free donuts. Anyway, service was really slow and they messed up the order in front of mine, which caused them to mess up my coffee. Generally, the donuts sucked and always suck. This morning at the Loucks Road location I received a breakfast wrap sandwich that was hard with the bacon not only burned to a crisp but also melted into the sandwich. The egg was hard as a puck and the cheese was indescribably gross looking. Although the service was prompt when I returned the sandwich along with the coffee that I dare not drink after seeing the sandwich. And a refund was gleefully offered along with a new sandwich (no thanks) at no charge, I knew there was some kind of inside joke perpetrated against me by these servers from the smirks on their faces for who knows whatever reason...hopefully not because I am a black female and they are not. read more

I go to this location because it's convenient. However, it's gotten to the point where I won't go there anymore because the quality of the bagels and doughnuts aren't good. The bagels aren't toasted very well like other Dunkin doughnuts even when toasted twice. The everything bagel doesn't have enough seeds on it. The doughnuts sometimes are stale. The bagels are smaller than other Dunkin doughnuts. The only product that's decent is the coffee. They can do a lot better for sure. read more

I'm still a snob for fresh off the line Krispy Kreme. However in a pinch swinging into this location on our way out of town provided a good horrible breakfast. We elected to take the drive through in order to continue on our journey. The order of of 8 glazed and 4 cream filled took 7 minutes in the drive through. Omg I love Dunkin' Donuts. I've had better experiences though. First of all I Could not find the entrance to this place. I was coming the opposite direction and was not on the side of the road that the Dunkin' Donuts was on so I turned left hoping another entrance was there...BUT IT WASNT. So I ended up having to park in a Verizon wireless parking lot and I walked all the way up a grass hill and through the parking lot to get my ass a coffee. Really Inconvenient if you ask me. And when I got in I was like this place better be worth it. NO!!! NO ITS NOT. I walked in ready to order and the lady just stood there and continued to count her money and I was like ummmmm hi! The man at the drive through window was more concerned with how "cute" he thought I was in relation to my line of work to deliver the correct coffee. Spoke to the regional manager after a visit to explain the problem with all the workers serving the drive in, and the front counter being ignored. Donuts are baked and topped around 10 am the previous day, and then sit on the racks for sometimes over 24 hours before anyone eats them.

All of these are Family own and opertored. and if you have ever work at at fast food place things happen just as they do at your house. You have never been out of sugar. Your coffee pot has never been low for the next person.or empty????? These two other rates are not truefully in the other 99% of the time. Get over yourselves. Depending on the time of day they could be low on items. But on the most part they a very good and very helpful!!!!!!!!! read more

My daughter and I got the best iced tea we've ever had at this Dunkin. I like mine with a lot of ice and lemon so I requested this. They really delivered - even put the high lid on the cup because of all the ice. I was in heaven! We also ordered bagels toasted and a double chocolate donut and these were done to perfection. We did have to wait a little bit long to place our order - there was only one person (Monique) working the counter at 8:30 in the morning - but she was extraordinarily pleasant and patient and was working as fast as she could to accommodate everyone. The drive-thru had at least 2 people working that window and one of those workers kindly got the iced teas. It was nice to see this teamwork. The building is very pretty, too, with lots of warm sunshine streaming in to the dining area, which feels great on these cold mornings.
