By far one of the worst Starbucks we've ever been to…read more Our first time here was earlier this year on January 16th at around 12:35PM. We had eaten next door at Teddy's Cocina and saw that there was a Starbucks right next door. After finishing our meal, we placed a mobile order and was quoted the typical 4 to 7 minutes. We arrived within that timeframe and it was quite busy inside with several cars in the drive thru. 10 minutes go by and we notice that people that ordered after we arrived inside were getting their drinks before the one drink we ordered. There were a few other mobile order pickups in-store that got their drinks after we arrived. There was a male barista that was prioritizing the drive thru orders and drinks so that was no problem. I believe there was another barista taking orders and prioritizing the drinks for in-house customers. There was a female that was in between making drinks ever so slowly and to make things worse, she had the audacity to talk to her coworkers gossiping about her life instead of making drinks. We waited close to 20 minutes for our drink which was absolutely absurd especially for a Starbucks! I've placed several mobile orders to be picked up at the drive thru between that time and today with little to no problems. Today, I placed an order for a single drink for a drive thru pick-up. The female at the window was extremely unprofessional and seemed like she didn't want to be there. After handing us the drink, she walked away while we were trying to ask for a straw. Usually, baristas will ask you if you want a straw or a stopper for hot drinks but this place doesn't do that, I guess. Also, asked for light ice but the drink was filled more than halfway to the point that there was no drink to consume. The drive thru on average moves very slow and the people here cannot meet the demands of the customers. That female with the terrible attitude also needs to be retrained. I understand you have bad days but she seems to have bad days everyday or simply does not care about her job.

Be patient when you visit because the place gets busy, which is always a good sign, but the service is still great. My favorite was the Horchata Latte (iced but i'm sure hot is also pretty good). I also got a banana nut muffin and when you mix those two together you get yummy bliss. Definitely going to stop here more often now.
