That being said, a few things to note: I don't usually go before work (here, or anywhere for that matter,) since time management in fast food and beverage can be unpredictable. The times I have, I've made it on time but just barely. They do seem to have a more organized staff system in the mornings. As far as other experiences go, I have noticed this and all Dunkin' seem to have a high turnover in terms of employees, meaning I don't usually see the same people when I go ... maybe it's just scheduling. There are, however, a few really solid regular employees I know here who unfortunately I don't know by name, but, all of them always give me exceptional service. From recommendations (even being honest about whether they know I'll like something based on my taste) to throwing in a free donut every once in a while to laughing with me, they always make me feel like they're being genuine. Note: not a lot of parking and no drive thru here.

Unfortunately that was a long time ago and since then the donuts are overpriced and just ok. The varieties are basic and the taste is average. Might as well pick up donuts at 7/11 or a grocery store. With that said, some people really enjoy their coffee. Although, I'm not much of a coffee drinker myself. As with almost all the South Park businesses, there's no dedicated parking. You'll look for street parking. South Park is across the street so I imagine some days at the wading pool with a stop for ice cream afterward are in our future. There's seating both in and outside; we sat outside and it was really pleasant. They have pre-portioned ice cream in a cooler inside as well as ice cream cakes, and a water dispenser as well. They have a little cart that I've seen at various functions around town as well, if you're out and about and happen upon them. You can also rent the cart for your own event! The staff were helpful, the store was neat and tidy. This is a wonderful small business in Park Ridge and we're so lucky to have them here!
