If I could give 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer service and slowest dunkin I have ever been to. One worker alone messed up my coffee the first time around, then gave me all of my hash browns cold so I had to go back around and wait in the line again. 3 cars and a 20 min wait. Absolutely absurd. I actually work at a Dunkin about 15 minutes away and I am so disappointed that people are really giving food out this way and treating customers the way they are. I enjoy going into Dunkin on my days off, but the last 3 times I have came to this location, they have been horrible. 3 times in the past week, messed up my order and ran out of donuts but didn't tell me, and what was really rude to me was they didn't even talk at the window. We said thank you, asked how they were doing and he just ignored us and shoved the food in our face. When we asked for him to take the whip cream off of my coffee because we ordered no whip cream, he just stared at us, rolled his eyes then slammed the window and walked away. Wow. So disrespectful. On top of all of this, the guy that messed up all of my order, wasn't wearing anything Dunkin. Just a black Nike sweatshirt and a random hat and his mask wasn't even covering his nose. This is awful. This is the location close to my house so it makes it very convenient to go here, but I would definitely rather drive 15 minutes than deal with this anymore.
