Maybe I am way too heavy on cultural nuances, but this feels way too culturally weak. Maybe there is a case for this where bouncer can't immediately jump onto a dangerous situation because of floors so they only allow groups, but to be honest entering alone isn't that much of a risk factor. Also, there was a time when we were asking to come in with a foreign friend which I wanted to show the place and bouncer acted like a douchebag, so I down it from 3 to 2.

Every time I've been, it's been a different experience, so I'd say it has some "replay" value. I love Karga. Hopefully they let me in next time because we forgot to pay for our beers last time. Prices are standard but it sometimes has a cover charge, and I detracted a star for that. There's a smoking zone in the back and a pretty neat upstairs area with another bar and an open floor so you can see the band below. All in all, a good three-star time.
