I came to your store last week. I wanted to buy a bin for my kitchen, sadly it had no lid so I couldn't complete my purchase. A brilliant store with brilliant staff. I visited the store with my sister to purchase some new lounge curtains. Nikki and Becky two young members of staff who were helping with our query could not have been more helpful. They were both courteous, extremely knowledgeable and spent time helping us. A great shop with everything 'soft furnishings' you will ever need under one roof. The prices are very good and in the sales there are some great bargains to be had. Their own range is good and will appeal to most tastes, although brand names make an appearance in the store too. Ample parking and within walking distance of the town centre and all the public transport, Dunelm is well worth a visit. read more
