Quality of service received was outstanding and i want to thank Brad, and Thomas!…read more Brad you were absolutely amazing, thank you for helping me pick the best toy for my husband, after being at the store every single day before father's day lol you were very patient with me and he absolutely loved it! Your customer service level is outstanding i feel like we didn't just leave happy with a new toy but we gained another friend thank you so much for making us feel so comfortable through out the whole financing process YOU ROCK!

I told them I needed a little time to move money around and they tried to convince me to just finance it for now anyway. Implying if I didn't, I obviously wasn't a serious buyer and they'd sell the jetski I wanted to someone else. Then told me it's difficult to get more of them... As if BRP isn't in the business of selling jetskis. Strange considering Fun Bike Center has plenty of them, and never tried any of this crap with me. Why would any educated person want to ding their credit with an inquiry and a new loan when they intend to pay cash? The sales manager (at least I think that was his title) scoffed at me when I asked if the deposit was refundable. "Why do you need to know that?" he asked. As if any reasonable person wouldn't ask that question. Maybe these tactics work on teenagers buying dirt bikes, but trying this on a 40+ year old is totally ridiculous. Needless to say, I walked out. A manager followed me and gave me a sob story about how that guy is going through a bunch of stuff and hasn't had much sleep. Basically tells me they are a family business and don't use shady tactics like that. Okay, so WHY is he here? Why not send this guy home so he can rest and not piss off your clients? It's also worth checking out this Facebook screenshot I included. Their employee refers to dealer junk fees as "BS fees" when he's trying to unload a product. Yet, miraculously, they don't mind charging fees they know are "BS" with every other transaction. Oh, but we discounted the MSRP so BS fees are okay now! That's called a bait and switch. Amazing. Go to Fun Bike Center instead please. Bought a Seadoo Switch there 2 weeks ago, and I'll be buying my Fishpro Trophy there very soon. They've never once made me feel pressured into anything. Incase you can't read the fee in my photo, it's $2999 for a "setup" fee.

I worked with Sales Person Javier D. and Manager Amy J…read more Javier and I talked about my future bike and pricing over the phone, but I knew that real negotiations occur on the sales floor. Javier had the right bike at a great price (I shopped all over). It was a cash deal, so everything went smoothly and seamless. No surprises. Saw the bike, made the deal. The next day I rode it home.

Look up the definition of blithering idiot and you'll see pictures of the two clowns that work in…read morethe parts department. I've given them 3 tries (for three different BASIC orders) and I'll never go here again. Preface this review by saying I called in and they confirmed they have a non model specific part in stock. Very basic stuff! First time I called in for an oil drain plug. Give Cleetus my year, model and he said they got em in stock. I drove 40 minutes one way, guess what? No parts, but he offered to help me Frankenstein one from Home Depot. Guess he didn't know there's a magnet on the plug so I leave empty handed. Second time I called in asking for the rubber squishy mounts for a motorcycle windscreen. Not model specific but he says they have something that'll work. Same old BS, I waste 80 minutes on a roundtrip to find his uneducated moron trainee who's useless. I leave and buy elsewhere. Third strike is today. I call in again and give Manufacturer/model/year for a plastic fairing bolt. These ARE NOT MANUFACTURER OR MODEL SPECIFIC! Dude says yeah we got them in. Same old BS but now gas is $6/ gallon so the trip cost me $20. I get there and Dipshit McGee says the guy I talked to is out on a break for a few hours, he doesn't have the part and doesn't know how to order it. So in these dumb MFers think I'm supposed to hang out in the parking lot for a couple hours until someone that knows their ass from a hole in the ground comes back? I was looking for a plastic push bolt for a 2017 Yamaha tenere. Yah know where I found one? My wrecked 2004 Suzuki gsxr. These plugs are universal and parts store moron said he doesn't know what it is? This place pays for the youngest, dumbest folks they can find. Really sad. Imagine going to Home Depot with a 3 inch screw and the guy asks who you talked to that said they're in stock?! That's how dumb these guys are. Amazingly stupid and useless.

Thanks to Hose Specialties tonight I was able to drive my car for the first time in 4 months!!! I…read morecan't tell you how happy I am that I found them. Long story short, I had to swap the original power steering pump on my 59 El Camino to a slightly newer pump. Because of that, the original hoses didn't fit the new pump. I tried every parts store with no luck, then ordered hoses from Jegs. They weren't even close. I tried everywhere on the internet, but no luck. I went through 3 sets of hoses, but none of them fit. Both sides of the hoses have very weird bends to fit in a tight space. I went to a hose maker in National City, but they no longer made hoses. I tried a big hydraulic hose company in Kearny Mesa who said they could make the hoses, but after a week they told me they couldn't. I tried 3 different hose manufacturers in East County. One, who specialized in hoses, was totally clueless about automotive hoses and tried to sell me an expensive adapter that wasn't even an automotive thread. This went on for months, and I ran into a dead end everywhere I looked. This was the most difficult part I'd ever had to find for my El Camino. Finally I went to Hose Specialties. They made me a beautiful braided hose with the perfect fittings. I couldn't believe it when I went home and the hose they made me was beyond perfect!!! It fit the power steering pump and control valve and in a super tight space. The price was much less than I paid from hoses that didn't work from Year One, and the quality is 100 times better.

Greg and I discussed via phone and email/photos, replacing the stainless steel fuel hoses/lines, on my higher output ZZ502/502 (HO) motor, that's in my 1970 Corvette. I dropped off my lines and shortly thereafter the lines were done/shipped right back to me. It was like Christmas when I opened the box. Greg got everything right/perfect and my new stainless steel lines bolted on perfectly and look fantastic. Greg listened and took care of my business righteously and in a very timely, exact and efficient manner. Greg enjoys my highest confidence and absolute trust. He is top talent!!!!! Thanks again!!!!! TWO WHEELS UP AND RUNNING (5 stars)…read more Mobile service to the rescue! I've called around and this one seemed the best and most responsive. There are simple jobs to be done for easy money but finding people willing to do it is the challenge! I am lucky Dridox provided mobile service and came to my home to take of services I need... call service ($75) battery replacement ($65 + $29 for battery) and oil change ($85) , maybe tank flush if it didn't start up after the battery replacement. This is what I get for letting my two wheels sit idle in the garage during the winter months collecting dust. I reached out, got a quote, and scheduled the service with Adriano. I had intentions to do this all myself but didn't have all the tools and would like to see it done first before taking a hand at it... also eager to ride and want these services done ASAP! Adriano arrived early/on time, charged my battery and tested it (def needed a new one), replaced my battery, hooked up my charger device (recently bought it and didn't know it's needed for maintenance), it started so I didn't need a tank flush, but went ahead with an oil change since I was overdue. I did tell Adriano I been nearby g to do this on my own so he did show me how-to and what tools and what to look for or be careful of, which I super appreciate his professionalism and expertise. My little two wheels was probably a cake walk to what he is use to servicing. Within the hour all was done. If bigger jobs need to be done such as engine rebuild - they do that too and can rack your two wheels to their shop. The business accepts credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. The motorcycle shop that usually serviced my two-wheels for years stopped providing service and only to Surrons going forward... they gain some but lost a lot of the only tailor to only a specific kind. My choices were 1) Do the services myself 2) Tow it to Fun Bike Center and get it serviced 3) Fine a mobile service to do it. With the impatience of not riding and budget considered, mobile service was best especially when watching and learning to (maybe) do it in the future yourself. For any future assistance with my two wheel maintenance, I'll be giving them a call. I highly recommend their services.
