Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Our pool was very green from not being open for a couple years. With that being said, I knew it would not be an overnight process. I had had some concerns on whether or not the pool was being back washed since the pump lid blew of. I called with irritated and left a message on Saturday. Monday morning I received a call back and when I questioned what was being done, the lady there got very ugly and vulgar. Told me that she would eat the chlorine cost and that my house was a "piece of shit" obviously the conversation ended there because, I'm not gonna stoop to that level, but seriously, what place of business acts like that??? read more

I would give 0 stars if I could. Let's start at the beginning: I called and spoke with a woman named sherry, who I assume is the owner, and told her I'd recently purchased a home with a pool and needed a lesson on operating it. She said for $150 or something she'd send someone out for a tutorial and gave me a window of a few hours. I was still living and working in chickasha (an hour away) at the time and asked her to have them call before they came. Which they did not. And I went on with my day and didn't think another thing of it because I was a new mom of two boys working full time and this wasn't my priority. Two months went by.. I was still not living in the new house or visiting it much due to how busy I was, and I found a bill the contractor had left from Duncan pools. I contacted sherry to tell her I'd never gotten any tutorial on the pool and she argued with me and after asking around, I found out her technicians had talked to my contractor that day! I called sherry and told her this to which she replied-- you should have dealt with this then. Rather than argue about the craziness of life with two newborns and not even living in this house yet, I paid her and apologized. Yes, it was several months late on the payment... but they got their money. So now we're up to date. Water under the bridge and moving on, I again need help with my pool. There's few people on Duncan, Ok to help with this, so I call ole sherry back. After all, she'd been quite polite up until she didn't get paid. I leave a message requesting service and she calls back and tells me she won't send anyone out because I didn't pay my bill last year for 3 months! Just an "I'm sorry, but..." I didn't have to pay that bill last year on the first place, Sherry! I never got my service that I ordered! I've worked with a lot of people and am pretty good at reading humans, and this isn't a nice woman. It was in the middle of COVID when people were losing jobs and she literally BERATED me for not paying for a service I NEVER received. And after paying and apologizing to her, she's still hanging it over my head. I pay my debts, Sherry. Always have. Good luck with that attitude. Maybe it's time to retire.. read more

Wonderful family owned and run business!! After coming over from Splash Pools I was skeptical because this area just lacks in customer service all around! Companies around here seem to have the "You need us we don't need you" mentality. After being with this company for just 1 week I knew they are the ones for us! They are not only very friendly but super thorough in everything from cleaning to customer service! If they see something not right follow up is amazing. I don't get a hang tag on my door for the wind to take off I get a phone call! Their communication is amazing!! And even though they are in Duncan they do not charge extra whether it's a Duncan or Lawton area pool. I live out in Medicine Park and they don't charge me more than their local trips! Love this company! I can now travel and never worry about my pool! I don't see this company ever having real competition! Their customer service, knowledge, follow through and business mentality blows our other 2 pool companies out of the water!! read more

This company is AWESOME!!! There customer service is by far the best!! I contacted them via email on Wednesday night around 8:30pm on the 3rd and received a reply that same night. They came out Tuesday the 9th to look at my pool and advised me that I would need a new pool liner, by the next Thursday the 12th I had picked out and ordered my liner. I was told it would take 7-10 days for the liner to come in and it took 8 days. They emailed me when it was in and told me they would come on Tuesday the 24th to install the liner, my liner was installed and they had started filling it up by noon on Tuesday! By Friday the 27th I was swimming in my pool. I even emailed them about a small issue and they came back out the next day to fix it!!! So all in all it took about 4 weeks from start to finish!!! Just an FYI, it took Splash Pool in Lawton 3 weeks just to come out to look at my pools to tell me I needed a liner, they did not measure or nothing and when I had contacted Duncan pool it was going on another 3 weeks of waiting for them just to call me back (We even left SEVERAL messages). read more
