I tried contacting her many times through different avenues (calls/voicemails, texts, emails/contact form) but nothing ever moved other than asking for names of parties. Very unfortunate as I had hopes of working with her.

I…read morewas also encouraged to continue litigating when I believed settlement options should have been explored more seriously. From my perspective, this unnecessarily prolonged the case, increased legal costs, and made an already painful situation even more difficult. The financial impact was significant, but the lasting effect on my family relationships has been even more devastating. Looking back, I wish I had chosen an attorney whose strategy was more focused on ethics and a peaceful resolution rather than conflict. For someone in law, she truly has piss poor values.

My first complaint was that Ms Saxion wrote in the divorce decree that "my husband can take over the debt he accumulated while we where married". And all Joint accounts....Guess what?????This isn't possible, I felt she should have known that. It caused me a lot of grief and sleepless nights. It's been 4 years but hard to forget this difficult time in my life that she added to. Also Ms. Saxion did not show up to one of my scheduled court dates. Like I said my divorce was relatively easy compared to some, but Ms Saxion made it difficult and more stressful than it should have been. I cannot recommend this family attorney.

While my case was not the right fit for his firm, he graciously referred me to one that may be able to help. In my short experience looking for malpractice attorneys in WA State, I have learned that many send a thoughtful decline notice through email, if I get any response at all. John Greaney took the time to speak with me, listen to the details and appropriately evaluate the entirety of my situation, and that was very much appreciated.

We found ourselves in what seemed to us to be a pretty complex accident that, without…read morerepresentation, would most certainly be bullied right into the ground by the insurance company. After reading reviews, weighing our options and (tbh) the proximity to our house we decided to have our first sit down with Karen at GSLF. It turned out to be the only law firm we would visit. Karen was professional, knowledgeable and very personable. Karen walked us through our options, explained the pros, cons and most likely outcomes with the foundations of the case we had brought. The fees and finances were transparent, fair and honest. Karen even set us up with a couple recommendations to pursue treatment for our injuries. After our visit the weight of the accident was literally lifted off our shoulders. All we had to do was worry about getting better. I couldn't have imagined a better outcome and to think we were thinking there was going to be numerous visits with lawyers. Karen kept us up to date every step of the way via email. We never questioned what was going on. Karen received a couple offers from the insurance company and asked us if she could decline them. This impressed us. She seemed to fight really hard for us. Our settlement was much more than we anticipated after researching 'like' cases. Update- To our surprise, in the middle of writing this review we received an email from Karen. She had kept fighting the insurance company and was not satisfied with what they were taking for subrogation. We had yet another check coming for she had saved us another thirty percent off our subrogation totals! We are in awe of the GSLF family, in particular Karen and all of the work they put into our case. We highly recommend the GREANY SCUDDER LAW FIRM FAMILY!
