Just placed our 3rd order, this time for a 1/2 a beef. We've purchased a 1/4 of beef 2 other times over the last 2-3 years. This is high quality beef at a decent price. Jason is wonderful to work with and when I called with questions, he called me by name when he answered - either caller ID or memory - don't know or care, just enjoyed it. He's always answered any of my questions. I like knowing where my beef comes from, that it's raised right there, by them. And know what it's been fed from birth to butcher. They are a couple of hours away, but I pick the meat up from the butcher, which is only 45 min away.
