We followed Covid-Protocols, used the correct entrance /exit doors, and used proper manors for this situation. But when we walked in, we could not get the attention of any of their three staff behind the counter to inquire about the bags on display. So we went back outside, and took a picture of the bag I wanted to look at in one of their display windows. We speak some Spanish, but not enough for this. So in Google translate I asked if I may see the bag in their window and thought I could show them the picture. The first sales person walked away when we tried this. So we tried a second staff member. When we got their attention they flatly ignored what I had written and pulled down another bag that was nothing like the one from their window. When I tried to tell them that isn't the bag in their display window, they walked away to assist another customer. I'm not sure how I could have been anymore polite, respectful or clear, so honestly if you are a tourist or are not fluent in Spanish, don't try shopping here. Spend your money at shop that is willing to assist you, even with a language barrier.

Both times we shopped here we were helped by Manuel. He was incredibly helpful and VERY patient with my anxious husband. For those of you visiting the DF with limited Spanish, Manuel and most that work here are fluent in English as well. Though Manuel was very sweet and suffered through my terrible attempts at only speaking in Spanish to practice. We love this store and plan to come back or shop online for any of our shoe needs!
