This is such a great location and I think this spot has the potential to make great boba!! But unless changes are made... it was the worst I have had. I ordered a rose milk tea with half the sweetness level (50% added sweetener), and boba. My husband got the classic milk tea... There are a few red flags for me. 1, Everything is powder based, even their "green tea" is not freshly brewed tea and is simply powder. I think if they invested in brewing fresh black tea or green tea, it would significantly get better. 2. The rose tea... I asked for half sweetness and I heard the associate say amongst each other that they put the regular level of sweetness in it. Instead of making me a new one, they just added a ton of more milk. My drink tasted like straight up milk with a hint of rose? I can understand if adjusting the sweetness level isn't a familiar concept, so I can see if this was like a "first time" situation.
