We called AAA, who call the thruway authority, who called Perry's (long story short no one could change the tire due to the lug nuts). The driver tried his hardest to help, loaded us up (the dogs in the jeep) and he took us to a local dog friendly hotel. He was extremely understanding and VERY helpful. The next morning we called the garage, they fixed the problem, and we were on our way north again.
