She finally decided to get back to completing my order after waiting 21 minutes. Needless to say after letting the food sit 15 minutes on the prep area it was cold. The cheese sticks on my burger were solidified like a cold cheese stick from the refrigerator. She couldn't be bothered to even salt the fries. Terrible food and terrible customer service.
