This title company was used in my refinance last month. They are very unorganized and don't even try to talk to Annette who works there. She is extremely condescending and very short tempered and irritated at any question. I'm sorry- you are supposed to be working for me on my behalf not trying to make feel stupid.I asked for copies of the checks that were written on my behalf to various credit card companies 2 weeks ago and still have not seen anything nor do I expect to.I'm pretty sure a Title company has copies of all the checks that they write. When I asked when the credit card companies would be paid I was told by Annette that she has no control over the Post Office- again condescending. I could go on about this situation but to keep it short and sum it up- Do not use them if you possibly can expect mistakes and a bad attitude ! read more
