Below is a copy and paste of my review and experience with Chapel of the Chimes. If you want a beautiful celebration of life this is not the funeral home for you. If you're the family vulture and need help burning the evidence also known as cremate someone without knowledge or proper consent then this is the funeral home for you and Jon Radomsky is your man! He will do this for you with very little effort. He'll even lie to the family members denied the right to say goodbye to their loved one. Tell them "your sister sent you a bunch of texts" ( the truth 2 texts on Facebook Messenger not even directly to me or mentioning my mom) and they had to cremate her she wasn't embalmed. Jon will do this for you in 24 hours. The negligence and carelessness of this funeral home is inexcusable. I can't decide if they are intentionally or incompetently unethical. Nepotism will only get you so far in life. Morals, character and work ethic will get you further.

Very disrespectful and rude administer/owners and office workers. We had our 10 month old…read moredaughter/granddaughter's wake and there was a continuous stream of the staff talking loud, laughing, phones ringing, and people stomping up and down the stairs. I asked them very kindly twice to please keep the noise level down so we can grieve in peace and say good bye to our sweet little girl. The owner was unsympathetic and unapologetic and said that it's his business and he couldn't and wouldn't try to keep the noise level down. His solution was to interrupt the wake and relocate the service to the chapel. I said no sir. That is not an option. Why don't they have a sign saying that there is a wake in progress please be respectful and use low voice to let people in the office and those customers know?? I do not recommend this place.

Be careful when using these people they will bend any receipt to not include something, yet tell you in an email all is paid for. In my case it cost me an addition $800 to open the vault (I expected this), but then cost an additional $1400 for granite behind the black marker. When I buried my mother the manager said I would get the money for the marker back, now they say it's for granite it lays on.

Cheyenne National Cemetery is one of the newer cemeteries, dedicated in late 2020. It also is one…read moreof the smaller spots, only about 5 acres, It's located on the same site as the US Dept of Agriculture Research Center and the High Plains Arboretum so finding your way here can be somewhat of a challenge if you miss the signs directing you to it along the gravel roads. Although it isn't that large, it still has all things associated with these spots -- the columbarium, the shelter for the services, the flags and the grave locator book and, of course, the perfectly laid out white crosses, decorated with flags and flowers on memorial day and flowers at other times. Despite being in this slightly out of the way location, and not being a massive cemetery, there was quite a bit of traffic during my visit. Some people came to bring flowers, others just to stand by a particular marker, and still others who did as I did, walk amongst the markers and pay respects. It's a nice location, away from the highways, and the small size makes it easy to visit and not be overwhelmed
