I have been…read morehaving some ongoing legal issues with someone I know, and the process has taken over 10 months, when it really shouldn't take that long. So I sent an email asking if instead of a consultation he would have any advice for how I could get ahold of someone in the court system to try to get things moving forward. He skimmed my email and sent me back an email that honestly made me cry because he spoke down to me, and it was glaringly obvious that my question was beneath him if he wasn't lining his pockets. Here's one of the lines: "As I am sure you can understand, I do have clients who pay me to handle their case and for my advice." Then don't offer a free consultation on your website. Don't belittle someone who has no legal knowledge who has a question. I wouldn't have bothered with this if he could have been somewhat polite in his rejection - but this was uncalled for, and it was beyond rude. Based on this interaction alone, I would never recommend these people for anyone. Absolutely not.

Most important, he knows what he is doing and why he is doing what he is doing. My acquaintance with him was through a good friend of mine that had a serious legal matter. During the handling of the matter, Joe''s mannerism and methodology were impeccable. His focus on the legal matter was frozen in and he persisted that we do that same. After the matter was closed, I stated to my friend that if Joe had not been the attorney handling the case, the out come would have been totally negative and ruinous. My friend and i could not have been more pleased and thankful for what he accomplished. During the handling of the case, we were able to watch his paralegal, Lorrie, and him work together in answering each statement of the case. He is a no mess around guy and his responses flowed; very welled versed. First, thank you, Joe, for what you accomplish. We do not believe another could have done as well. You have our heart's felt gratitude. Secondly, if anyone is looking for an attorney, we totally recommend Joe Recka; you will have excellent representation. Thank you.

If I would've went through the process with them they would've charged me a lot more including every phone call every email every voicemail I was not told in advance for any of those things. My total experience was a nightmare.
