I went out and pulled up to the bay....two different employees took not of my presence but kept on doing their thing...another "older" gentleman came out from office and looked my way and my wife and I waved and he continued on, another customer who pulled up after my we were already sitting a bit went up and spoke to the "older" gentleman and was immediately assigned some help...we were never acknowledged after that....if I am ever in need of any tires, this will DEFINITELY be the LAST place I think of coming! They closed at 5:00.The tow truck came about 4:30 we got there at 4:57, but I what I admired the most was this woman Laura helping me as much as she could. Today I wanted to replace the other 3 tires, so I called to see if I could get in today. The woman Donna said it would be about 45mins.and even went as far as to calling me to let me know when there tires were coming in about 1. I got there early, i had to wait a little bit, but unfortunately i would not be able too get the tires replaced, because the tread on the other tires did not meet the company's requirements for them to be replaced,but again it was that in intestinal fortitude that came through in the people I encountered.

So, Today I went into the Jesup GA Walmart automotive center because I had gotten a hole in the…read moreside of my tire. Good news, the tire was replaced (glad it was in stock) and I was able to get it at a deal. Bad news, I was in this facility for OVER TWO HOURS. Being a Saturday there was about 5 cars around 2pm. I get there and tell the older genteleman ( I can't remember his name just that he was an older man with a beard) my situation and we go look at the tire. We get what we need and we come back inside. I take a seat and he begins to tell me the price of the replacement and this and that. I say "Okay that's fine" & he walks away. Im assuming he is going to work on my vehicle since there wasn't really anyone there. As I am sitting there for about 20 mins, the employee no where in sight, another young woman comes in and asks for an oil change and sits in the area with me. Well I notice her care is brought in immediately and is being taken care of, even before my vehicle is even moved from the parking lot. Around 2:50 I begin to wonder where the employee is, because I haven't seen him since previous. I hear someone at the counter ask for him and say "Oh he went to lunch"? and im thinking to myself, here I am 50 mins later, needing a tire and the person helping me went on a lunch break? So it gets to be about 3:15 and finally out the corner of my eye I catch a glimpse of the employee that helped me earlier. He came inside for a minute and went back out (grabbing my keys) I then see my car being pulled inside to be worked on. The tire change did not take long what so ever. When the woman at the counter called my name, I went to the counter to pay for my service. Once done she said "Im just waiting on some keys" (mine), Then she proceeds to say "you'll just have to go out there and ask them for them. I said "You want me to ask?" in a way she knew I wasn't doing it. Because Im not going to do your job if im not getting paid. Someone brought my keys and I left. The service I got with the change itself was great. The tire rides nice and smooth and It was awesome my tire was in stock in the emergency. Sadly the customer service was an absolute mess. I work personally in customer service and I can say these are things you don't do to a customer, If you were leaving for lunch someone else should of handled the job and a customer should not "have to ask for their keys" when I handed them over in good faith. I can say although the tire was good I will not visit the jesup Walmart automotive center anymore, I will take my business elsewhere.

Called 24 Hour Auto Unlock who arrived within 15 minutes, made me a new key and saved the day. Great customer service, personable representative!
