Duck donuts is alright. I mean they were kind enough to make me a donut quickly when I went to try before work one day and actually they just gave it to me. So as far as customer service goes it's great. However the donuts themselves are very rich heavy and cakey. You get to choose from their pre-selected popular donuts or can make your own. I went with half a dozen from their lists and was quite impressed. Cool shop. Super cool setup and process. My son loved watching the girls decorate the donuts . We tried half a dozen and the maple bacon was our fave!!!! Only complaint is and this was bummer. We ordered coffee and weren't given them until about ten minutes after we got our donuts. The gentleman forgot to make them. read more

No doubt the best donuts ive ever tried. Its expensive but its worth it. i only give four stars because the breakfast sandwich is missing chopped bacon and its not worth 4.50$. Delicious. Fabulous. Far too addictive. These doughnuts blow the competition out of the water. They're proud of their doughnuts at just under $19 a dozen, but they are worth it. Take my advice and customize your doughnuts. Chocolate, caramel and nuts go great together. As does vanilla with hot fudge and oreo. Another winner is strawberry with vanilla and graham cracker. The first thing to surprise me was that they ONLY serve cake donuts, which to be honest I found a bit offputting and strange. Duck donuts is definitely high up there on my list of favorite donuts. I love all the flavors and combinations you can do to make your own personal creation. Crazy thing is despite all that I am in love with their basic glazed donut. Maybe a drizzle of caramel but keeping it simple really pays off to me. The secret is to eat them fresh, like immediately after it's handed to you. That is where they can't be beat. Unfortunately I'm not as big of a fan after they've cooked down and reheating them just isn't quite the same. The day this issue is solved they will rule the don't world. read more

We had Duck Donuts cater for our wedding. We had a donut wall set up during cocktail hour. The people at Duck Donuts were mega helpful in helping us choose our donut options. They gave us a complimentary dozen donuts for tasting, and helped talk through which ones could hang on a donut wall and which ones need to be laid flat (because of toppings). Their wedding prices are more expensive than their normal prices, but it's because they are very careful with decorating them, and always let them cool completely before boxing them. As a result, they looked great on the wall, and also tasted delicious. read more

Oh Lord have mercy. These donuts were phenomenal. I came in my hometown for my cleaning that I do every four months and man oh man I am so glad I have these donuts before my cleaning. These are like some gourmet donuts. They're actually even better than voodoo doughnut, and another donut place that is down here in Houston, but I cannot think of the name. It's another place that makes gourmet donuts as well. These were the bomb.com. When I come home next time, I'm going to get a dozen so I can have a variety, and share with people in Houston. I think my favorite donut was the apple one... I think. The original glaze was pretty good too. These are just so freaking amazing. Also what I did notice, they were not crazy sweet. Sometimes when a doughnut is too sweet, it just completely throws up the entire taste. Also, the establishment was well-kept and very very clean. The staff was hospitable and knowledgeable. Also the wait time was very short. When I had entered the establishment, there was one additional person that was making an order and on their way out. Ever since this placed open, I've always wanted to come and try their donuts and i finally did the other day with my girlfriend. The woman (i cant remember her name) who came out and greeted us (they dont do dine in because of Covid-19) told us a little about Ducks Donuts and did a good job explaining all the donuts they made. We got a 1/2 dozen donuts which had a glaze, strawberry, 2 blueberry donuts, peanut butter, and a coconut donut. One of the blueberries was mine and the moment i got back in my car, the first thing i did was open the box and the smell of the freshly made donuts filled the car and it smelled like heaven. I took a bite of my blueberry donut and it tasted so delicious! I wanted to go back and buy more right then and there. My girlfriend ate her strawbery one at home and she loved it too! We're saving the rest for my parents to try because i want them to know how good this place is. Definetly will be coming back! read more
