Worst school I have ever attended teachers are quite aggressive some aren't but most are and they…read morebelive in ridiculous rules and are focusing on them rather than the bigger problems of the school. They have no understanding of how to treat people nicely and there are very few people nowadays that want to do the subjects they offer and most are not as academic but this school has driven me to hate essentially everything involving academia and there is nothing enjoyable about this school and hasn't been for along time. My predecessors have also stated that it was a dreadful school when they were there and this is a range of ages over the past 50 years , it has never been a good school and would never recommend.

Recently extended this school is recognised as a specialist in Languages and it always has fantastic OFSTED reports. The school itself is massive and stretches for the whole length of Strand Road. It is divided up into three parts which are known as upper, middle and lower school. When I was there it had well over 1000 students and as a first year was completely daunting. My favourite part of the school has to be upper as it is a lot older and is steeped in history. The floors are all wooden and the architecture is really nice. The school was the grammar school for boys only years and years ago before it became Trinity School. The school also has a leisure centre attached to it with a great gym and decent sized swimming pool. The students nowadays are a lot more lucky than us as the gym has recently been modernised and has up to date equipment now. There are three sports halls at the school and three assembly halls aswell which also double up as sports areas.

Plus, a few days later (once your pot has been glazed), you have your own little piece of artwork to take home! The charges at Pot-a-Doodle-Do are very reasonable, covering your pottery itself as well as all the paints and tools you need. Unlike some pottery painting places I've been too, Pot-a-Doodle-Do only charges you for the object you want to paint there is NO studio fee! Then when you have managed that for about 10 mins they take you over fields on a set route as there was only me and my partner doing it with the instructor leading the way he did a extra long route so we got an extra 20 mins which was great. There is some beautiful sites or the surrounding countryside and coast. There is also a creative room where you can paint ready made cups, plates etc, they have all designs to choose from. I chose a 3D winnie the pooh cup which was £12 and then spent about 4hrs painting it is a way i wanted, then you leave it and they glaze it for you to collect a few days later. There is also a small shop on site and field if you wish to take a tent to do a spot of camping, altenatively you could camp in one of there wooden wigwams which look great.

Frank is one of the best teachers going. He treats you as an individual and is really friendly -…read moreeasy to talk to. Can't comment on the prices as it's a number of years since I passed, but he does do cheaper block bookings which takes the price per lesson down. Frank never seemed to get irrated when teaching the lesson and often went out of his way to schedule lessons (driving accorss town to pick me up). He has a fun way of lightening up the mood, playing games, but still teaching. He has taught 4 of my family members and all of them have passed to. If you want a fun, friendly driving teacher call Frank.
