Few things are iconic around the world for motorcycle enthusiasts as Ducati! Really enjoyed my time here to see the museum and get a tour of the production facilities. As a prior production professional and consultant, there was not allot new inside the factory as they obviously can't share details, but it was still supper interesting. Their museum team and tour guides were very curious and helpful. The museum is not the biggest but gives a great history of Ducati and took me back decades as I walked through, looking back at displays. Seeing the bikes with the people who rode them made me feel nostalgic!!!! Not too far from the airport (10 minutes) and downtown Bologna. Definitely worth it! read more

Love all things Ducati but the service here is definitely lacking. There were 2 ladies working the counter and they were so unfriendly and had pissed-off looks the entire time. Um excuse me, we were the ONLY shoppers in the store! That don't offer VAT refunds so keep that in mind if you plan to shop. Guys working the service department in the back were super nice and helpful.. The store is fully stocked with apparel and accessories. We spent so much $$ here that it's really sad the service was so bad. We seriously would have bought more! read more

These guys were outstanding. I dropped my 1199 off for it's 24km service and Luca and Antonio were super friendly and helpful. The prices for service are also shockingly less than here in California. The store itself was cool, too. Just had no space to take back any souvenirs. read more
