Upon stripping the bed, we made the discovery to confirm that it was indeed bed bugs (which we had suspected). This began a month-long nightmare and thousands of dollars spent in remediation, which eventually lead to breaking our lease. We moved into an empty apartment in the same complex during the 3 week extermination, and furniture rentals inc kindly offered to furnish it during the interim. It is apparent that this company is not educated on bed bugs, because the same guys - in the same uniform - driving the same truck - brought bedbug-ridden furniture into the spare apartment. We had to move out AGAIN for THAT unit to be exterminated. At no time did anyone apologize during this colossal disaster. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
