Do not use DtWebdesigns (Dale Trimble). I had the worst experience. Company is a scam. Requested a logo. Should have received samples in 7 to 10 business day. Never received it. Continuously tried to contact the company. They finally responded that I would have the work by Friday. That didn't happened. Saturday did a claim with PayPal and I immediately heard from the company stating that they emailed me samples yesterday. That was a total lie, I even checked spam. They texted me 2 logos which I didn't like (looked like they just threw something together). They apologized for the lack of communication and stated there were unlimited samples, I would get them when I reversed the Paypal claim. Against my better judgment, I reversed the claim with PayPal. Bad mistake because you can make a claim only once on an item. And of course... I have not received anything from them...... If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is very inconvenient, inconsistent, and incompetent. It's been over 2 months and I have not received my logo or website. When I reached out after waiting so long they claimed they sent it and if it was not in my spam they would send another by the end of the next day. I waited over 12hours after the email and they sent a cropped out screenshot of an old email that had nothing to do with my website link. They refused to send me the corrected website and had the nerve to say that the logo would come from a different source. Once I sent in all my proof they then recanted and said when they're done they will send the website information once completed.After waiting this long I knew better I asked for a refund tgey got upset claimed I didn't know what I was talking about. RUN FORREST...RUN!!!! The worst customer service ever and the biggest waste of time you can ever Imagine. They never met any of the deadlines they gave, and I had to chase them down for service. Finally after several lies, I told them on a Sunday that If they did not produce any of their designs by Tuesday, I'd just take a refund. I got no response and no logo design. Finally before going to bed late on Tuesday, I filed a dispute for their charge on PayPal before going to bed late Tuesday evening. Well about 4:30AM on Wednesday morning I got my 1st rushed design. I got 3 designs spread out from 4:11 AM-5:50 AM. ALL HORRIBLE!!! Nothing like the beautiful creative work they advertise. Now I'm starting to believe that none of the creative work they display is their own. If it really is their work, they should've been embarrassed to send me the horrible artwork they sent to me. The Best part of all this is that they followed up with a response to the dispute on PayPal saying that they sent over a few designs and there is not refund on art. Well looking closely, they responded to the dispute shortly after 1AM, but didn't send over any artwork to me until after 4AM! So what does that tell you? They didn't even start my artwork until after they read the dispute notice. They rushed 3 logos to me 3-4 hours after their response to the dispute. I disputed payment thru PayPal. as "items not received " PayPal reached out to Dale Trimble asked him to provide proof of service. Dale Trimble aka Franklin Trimble submitted fake documents to paypal. Fake website he created. copied and pasted pics from my business website. He Used a free Wix website made up. All the information he put on the fake website was inaccurate, misspell my name, words,etc. I never received anything from this company. No logo design, no website, no social media flyer. Dale Trimble took the time to create a fake website and send it to PayPal. Instead of just doing the right thing and creating me a real website. I purchased a Website package through this company which was a waste of time and money $600. Do not believe their work it is false advertising. My logo that this company created compared to the ones they post on Instagram looks totally different. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. They continued to spelled my business name incorrect, even after I submitted forms and word documents with the name spelled correctly. They inputted the incorrect email address to connected to my website. These things can be changed but a professional business would not forget their client/customer business name. After a while of not hearing from them, I would email them for an update. They would respond back with in minutes stating that the project would be complete the next day after I emailed them. So it seem like a rush job to me. I'm so disappointed that I wasted my money and time.
