When I pointed out that I hadn't signed this agreement but only paid a £50 deposit and so was entitled to negotiate the price they simply cancelled my booking and refused to do even the prior agreed service. The glass on my table was broken in this move. My watch and ring that I had packed , suddenly went "missing"went I unpacked. I was advised that they are not liable for any jewellery. Be careful of who you let in your home. Honesty is definitely missing from this company.Dishonest!
