That alone gained my trust due to his technical knowledge with water heaters. He showed up the same day to diagnose my issues and returned the very next day to fix the problem. He explained in great detail what all of our options were when it came to fixing or replacing the tank. After complete he invited me to call if the issue happened again, he also found another issue in my home due to someone installing something incorrectly.
