Train was delayed sthlm-cph I ask for a train that was supposed to go in the afternoon they didn't want to give me that one since they would give away expensive seats, I had to wait 5h for my train to go wich was the worst set up of changes I have ever experienced. Came to my destination 10h later.
When I went back I had the ticket but since the train was delayed once again I just had to run to the other train on the other plattform.
No problem in Germany but when I came to Denmark I get a fine for not making seat reservations the whole train as a matter of fact.
750dkr everybody because no one had made ticket reservations because the connection train was delayed.
I went to Copenhagen station to complain about this and got the response I have to go online to talk about this so I demanded to talk to the person in charge (Cathrin)
She comes out and says that she can not help me either with the first trip or the fine so I ask her to give me that in writing and demand that she helps me write the email since I am not accustomed with the language.
She says she doesn't have the time and that she has to go I say that I always travel by train and that there is only problems in Denmark with the solutions, where she says then don't travel to Denmark go to back your own country.
