Last week on Friday I have bought a shirt (It was not on sale or anything. I have paid the full amount) from the store in Schönhauserstr Berlin. I ask the seller "if it will not be set to my suite can I return it?!". She is said "of course, you have 14 days to return". So I bought it. Three days later I drove from Dahlem to the store to return the shirt. She refused to pay the money back and shushed me twice when I was very respectfully asking her why I have not been told about this strange policy and it is the first store in whole Germany with this kind of customer service and treatment. I will never ever again go to this store or any other DRYKORN store. The worst shopping experience in whole of my life. read more
