I stopped by there looking for bear spray (really to use to repel any wolfs we might encounter). I believe the guy and gal who helped me were the owners - I could tell, by their helpful response to my request. The store was very well-stocked, and also offers gas and LP gas, which is great, consider their remote location. read more

Nice friendly owners. Nice stop if you need a few supplies! They don't carry everything a larger grocery store would carry, but they do have the basics. read more

Super friendly owners, very clean interior, and plenty of products on the shelves. Quite a surprise to have so much for such a remote location. read more

It's sad that some of the off-path places get missed for a review when they need to be called-out for the gem that they are! Dry Creek Store is an absolute gem in the middle of Umpqua National Forest. Just about 17 miles east of Idleyld Park proper, they are easily accessible on Highway 138. The store is overflowing of all the little things you forgot to grab before leaving town. From beer to food, from kitchen basics to snow sleds... they have it all. The staff is delightful and so very friendly. Beware of the dogs in the store. They are furiously full of ferocious love and friendliness. They'll eat you up in kisses! Hanging out for a month in Idleyld Park, this place has been a lifesaver! read more

Love this little store with a little of everything, that is probably a must since they seem to be the only store around for miles. They even have some hot food prepared to order. The people that run this place are very nice and we were happy to spend money here and visit the dogs. When i came in to buy some cat food for some stray cats that seemed to be starving she insisted on adding some tuna that owner paid for to add to the cat feeding collection. True animal lovers and good people. Now if i should have been feeding stray cats is another question. read more
