I just became a Wyomingite and need 'stuff' to help with my move in process, so since the Howshar's…read morewas just up the street from the post office and around the corner from my new home I went there first before heading out and down the road to Wheatland and the bigger name but locally owned hardware store.. found what I was looking for, eventually, which if you don't know what you're looking for, it's mighty hard to find it.. I had Charles order a washer/dry setup for me and the price delivered, and the service, was far superior for the same products I could have gotten (maybe??) at Costco in CO.. I will continue to support this store and as many other of the local businesses here in my new hometown as possible.. Thanks everyone who works at Howshar Hardware for all your help in making my new house into a home..

This is my first time I have been to a Murdoch's. They have lots of ranching and farming supplies…read moreas well as veterinarian supplies and food that you can get. They have medicine for just slightly different kinds of animals like goats for example aside from the standard livestock like horses, cows, dogs and cats. They have a nice clothing section where the nice shirts and blouses for men and women are western themed of course. Murdoch's also has some nice coats and outer shells for the cold weather which I liked. They also have an impressive boot selection. Aside from the goat medication we were also looking for boot warmers which we found. The price was considerably higher than the nearby big box retailer and we knew that so we held off. There was almost a two dollar difference. Like all specialty stores they do run a bit higher but there are some things you can't get anywhere else but for more basic items that the cheaper retailers have it is best to hold off and wait.
