Went to her location inside of the Walmart in Jefferson City, TN. Boy can I honestly say this…read morewoman's office is its own portal of hell. Boy is her staff GROUCHY and they have zero hospitality at all. The doctor? She's just as bad! I would have expected SOME kindness and professionalism from a woman of her education and background but oh my Lord!!! I left her office feeling like prank cameras were going to come out of nowhere and tell me it was all just some bad joke. Let me spare any momma out there the pain that I felt: this office is NOT single momma with kids / babies friendly!!! My children are both under two and I brought them in, with one sleeping in his car seat while the other was in a shopping cart. Instead of being explained to NICELY that they preferred no children in the office, I was barked at IMMEDIATELY as I opened the doors. First they blamed it on the fact that I had brought a shopping cart in to contain them both. I asked kindly for an alternative suggestion since my double stroller wasn't going to fit through the doors. She very nastily insinuated that I come back in when I could find a sitter. Mind you; I explained my situation to the staff over the phone when I made my appointment weeks in advance that I had no sitter and would be bringing two babies with me. I explained to her to the best of my ability in the kindest fashion (while trying to keep my cool after wanting to straight up CRY from the attack I felt from both her and her staff) that I had no sitter and desperately needed to be seen this appointment. She made me bring the cart out of the building and return holding both babies by myself (along with my purse). Not a single staff member ever offered to hold the door open for me while I obviously struggled, and I definitely was tuned into their condescending and judgmental tone the entire visit. Did I get seen? Yes. Was I spoken to kindly? No. Was I made to feel welcome? No. Her snotty little male staff member is equally just as awful as she is. When I kindly declined the glaucoma testing, he questioned me why with a tone like I had just relieved myself right there on the floor. Why was I treated like such a germ and of such disgust? My babies were quiet and one was sleeping, so we can't blame their behavior. It was the ADULTS in this case that acted like true toddlers. Please avoid if you have any self respect or are emotionally vulnerable. This office is full of bullies. Cheers!
