I was ready to move forward immediately and even offered to pay a full year's rent upfront. Instead, I was strung along for a month while they claimed a ceiling leak needed to be repaired--then I was completely ghosted by Scott with no explanation or follow-up. Three months later, I drove by the property and saw a "Coming Soon" sign for another business. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against working with this realty company.

I left my papers, and got a call back in 2 weeks, saying he almost finished it and by tomorrow it would be done, I was happy! Then he disappears for another 2 weeks, no phone calls, no messages no emails, I tried to call the office million times, all they said was "we will let him know" that's it!
