The service at this store is terrible. The guy working there left us standing at the counter for at least 10 mins. while talking on the phone. After that, he seemed a little put out that I was even there. I asked if he could call me when the order came in, but he said I needed to call him. I called on the day he specified and was told that he was too busy and would have to call me back. I left my number and that was 3 days ago! Currently, I am on hold on the phone once again and no one has bothered to even pick up the phone. After awhile an answering machine came on and told me to leave a message. That was after I had already been on hold for 10 mins!! I will not be giving this guy my buisness again! P.S. - they don't have an RC cars in stock. Everything has to be ordered. read more

I found this business online and it was the first time i have been there My reason for going there is I wanted some knowledge on drones. Paul is a very nice guy. He gave me a intro on how drones work and the laws behind them. He also let me fly one of his quadcopters.. He is very knowledgable, and i am happy i went to see him, he gave me the confidents to get into this hobby. I would recommend to anyone to go see him.....one other thing to note, i can see that he's a honest business man, he did not try to sell me anything, and he could have. i asked a open-ended question "is there anything i need to get started in this hobby". Came to him as a novice with an inexpensive helicopter I purchased at a garage sale and I was looking to have it checked over and maybe get a little advice on how to tune it and fly it. He had a major attitude from the start and acted like I was bothering him. He spent about 20 seconds with me (there was nobody else in the shop), told me that it was basically just a piece of crap, that you couldn't even get parts for it and just walked away like he was pissed off at me for wasting his time. His assistant spent a moment with me and told me a bit about the adjustments I could make and what they would do. He was a decent guy, but the one who I assumed was the owner was a major jerk (not to mention something else that begins with an "a"). My neighbor had previously gone to him with a moderately expensive real helicopter that he was having trouble with and experienced the same treatment. If you are looking to purchase, repair or learn to fly one, go somewhere else. Even if you have to travel a half hour or more. You'll be much better off. PS: I found the parts I needed from a store online, fixed and tuned it myself, and I'm now flying it successfully. Do your self a favor, don't waste your time dealing with this guy! Also, the guy who first dealt with me was also young like the previous review (maybe in his late 20s or 30s maybe a bit more) and don't try to tell me I've got the wrong store- I recognized it from the photo! read more

i have ordered kits from these people and they take their time shipping if they have it at all never get the complete kit in one shipment always something back ordered even though the order says complete and don't try to email them they never respond and no tracking no matter how many times you ask em the glue i got was about 2-3 yrs old and never worked as glue just some syrup that smelled bad i will never do business with them again i have spent over 500 dollars on a couple planes and still cant get a hold of them you have been warned DO NOT BUY read more

Well, one star why? Cause the "kid" (probably 30) who asked if he could help me never took his eyes from the Realflight 6 that he was playing with. I went into this store as a newbie 6ch heli and was ready to buy some parts, maybe a larger heli. But as the attendant to the shop could not be bothered with any of my questions, I walked around the store and left. You want my to ask my questions online and in a forum? My experience was awful. If i could have given no stars i would have. I brought my R/C car in for service on a part which they originally installed. 1st they argued with me that they ever installed the part originally, then tried to sell me a different part which i told them numerous times i didn't want. After i told the owner i was coming in to pick up the car after they had it for 10 days and did nothing with it, i got a call back stating that their distributor didn't have the part and i would have to search and buy it online. I went and picked up my car, and yes did some research online, but it wasn't for broken part. It was for a new R/C car repair shop. I found a much better one in Paterson, NJ which actually had the part i was looking for in stock and repaired while i waited. It only took about 30 min. for them to fix. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. Had I read all of his derogatory reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have placed an order through the website. Or by any other means, for that matter. But given the high levels of customer service I have received with other online RC retailers, I didn't think twice before ordering a helicopter part from their website on Tuesday, August 11th and had it shipped USPS Priority because I had hoped to receive it by Saturday. Still not having received it by the following Thursday the 20th, I called the place and spoke to a hapless lady who couldn't help me but told that the guy I needed to speak to, "Paul", had stepped out for a minute but would call me back when he got back in. No call. I called again the next day, spoke to the same lady, got the same promise that he would call me back. No call. The following Tuesday, the 25th, I called again. Paul answered the phone. He told me my part was shipped but couldn't tell me when. I asked for a tracking number and, after huffing and puffing for at least two minutes, he produced one. I asked, "But you don't know when it was shipped, huh"? He said "No. I had someone else ship it for me. Sorry for the delay" in an obviously not-so-apologetic way. I hung up the phone and checked the tracking number. It had been shipped that same day, exactly two weeks after I had placed the order. Thanks, Paul. You're a hell of a guy. read more
