I'd give 0 stars if I could. I have been calling since August 2024 regarding the status of my…read morerefund. I paid a $50 deposit for a pool key which I returned August 27th. They took my forwarding address and I never received the deposit back. I've sent emails, and called dozens of times. Every time the calls go the same way "this is the first I'm hearing about this" or "we will look into it and call back". No follow up has happened. Petty to steal $50 ESPECIALLY from active duty military while they claim to be military friendly. No surprise their average is 1 star. Don't use this company. If you're thinking of renting with them, run the other direction. Absolutely despicable.

They even charged me entry door mat, wtf does that!! I've rented for many years never had a property management company put me thru what they did. There real estate agents are not very friendly, pushy and won't ever use them. They also operate under cover stone property management I believe
