Extremely rude behaviour of counter staff. The junior staff was okay but a senior lady on the counter was extremely rude.

This whole system sucks. Instructor was 40 minutes late and on top of that, she kept talking to her co worker in front of my car while I was already waiting for too long. Secondly, merging on the highway for my G. I kept to the speed limit on corners at 40 and while merging I went up to a speed of 80/85. She had failed me because I was too slow merging and was unsafe. Not my fault other cars were going at a speed of 130 and didn't want to go over my speed limit in case i failed for that reason. Second highway entry I did excellent but did not matter because I already failed the first entry. Instructor was grumpy, bad mood and had an ego. Why the fuck do they hire these people to determine if we pass or not? This whole system is just to waste your time and fail you to get your money! The staff at this location is the most disrespectful I have ever experienced in my life. Not one, but all. The desk ladies were all rude to every single person during any transaction (I was sitting waiting for someone to complete a test), and the driving examiners yell at the people taking the test -- breaking their spirits and confidence BEFORE the test even begins. During the test they actively look for excuses to raise their voice and yell. If you experience the same, please report to the MOT. read more

The WORST examination centre. Each examinator expects different things, no real guidelines are enforced, and fail you just to meet their quota. I had an examinator be 55 minutes late (on top of me arriving half an hour early) for an exam! They make you wait forever, are unapologetic and incredibly rude to you (regardless of how nice you are to them) and then fail you for the silliest reasons. These examinators all seem to be a bunch of entitled, depressed (mostly) women who get incredibly offended if you dare point out anything wrong to them. Literally the WORST customer service as well; almost everyone who works in that building is rude and seems miserable with their lives so they take it out on patrons. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR ANYTHING! Multiple HORRIBLE experiences!! This place needs to be closed down and almost everyone working there needs to be fired! read more
