I went in to this DMV to get my license transferred to this state cause I came from another state. They told me I had restrictions on my license which it said no restrictions on it. All it said was the hours that I could drive when I was 16 note, I am now 19 years old she told me I had to retake the test and everything. She embarrassed me in front of a bunch of people she was rude as well. The place smelled really bad. It was not well taken care of if you go here be warned. They will try to fight you about what's right and what's wrong? And she did keep some papers of mine that I did not notice important papers actually. I took my daughter to get her driving permit last week. We had to schedule an appointment for the week before but she was sick so we could not go. We took a chance and just showed up without an appointment. The posted hours on Google showed that they opened at 8 o'clock so we arrived early to get in line if necessary. We were pleased to find they actually opened at seven! We were able to walk right in and get served immediately. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. they had some computer issues and were unable to print the driving permit while we were there, so I had to go back later in the day to pick it up. It was ready to go and waiting for me and the staff member who helped us earlier in the morning remembered me right away when we walked in. This is a great DMV location! read more

Drivers License Office - Entrance - High Point, North Carolina

I took my mom to get a new ID and I didn't realize how small this place is. However, the wait wasn't really that bad. I must say that the staff from what those I observed were sarcastically nice. The way they say things to people in my opinion isn't done in a professional manner but overall they were nice. read more

I drove to this office more than an hour to change my driver license from other state and worth it. I had no appointment and needed wait 5 minutes. Davila kept her word and called me exactly how she promised and the examiner Taylor gave excellent service . Five star for those people. It took about 15 minutes. After I had my driver license went to change my license plate in High Point office also, walked in without waiting time and with very kind lady completed quickly. Five start place too.
