This made the interaction feel unnecessarily embarrassing. I returned later that day with different proof of residence, including the same type of documentation my boyfriend had previously used successfully. When I mentioned that it had been accepted for him, I was told it was still not acceptable and was told "Well, he will be written up and audited for that next year." I understand that documentation requirements can change or that mistakes happen. However, I would have appreciated a more courteous and professional explanation rather than a dismissive response. I will be using the Plymouth location for future visits.
