They are only open 9 AM - 4 PM most days, and only 10 AM - 4 PM on Mondays and 10 AM - 3 PM on Sundays. I found the setup to be a little confusing as did a gentleman after me. Neither of us was sure which signs to follow in terms of where to bring our cars. There are signs directing you to the back but I think you are supposed to bring your car up front as that is where the car enters the wash. I think the car wash needs to work on improving the signage. The car wash itself was pretty good. All of the dirt and bird poop were successfully removed and my car is once again shiny. The two gentlemen working there did a good job vacuuming and cleaning the inside of the car too. I wasn't sure if there is a lounge you are supposed to wait in while the car is cleaned so I just sort of wandered around outside and enjoyed the nice weather. I thought the price of the wash seemed a little high, but it is a hand wash so I think that makes sense that it costs more than my usual machine wash. The package was $46 plus $5 for a midsize SUV, so it came out to almost $60 after tip. Our car was not particularly dirty to begin with. The main reason I chose this package was to have the interior properly vacuumed and wiped down, especially areas like the cup holders, center console, dashboard, and back seating area. Unfortunately, those were exactly the areas that were missed. There was still visible dirt and debris in the cup holders and around the center console. I actually wiped down several spots myself before taking the photos, and the dirt came off easily with a wet towel. The back seat area did not appear to have been cleaned at all. The seats were still folded down exactly as they had been, and it does not look like anyone took the time to put them back up in order to vacuum underneath or properly clean that area. I was in a hurry that day and did not have time to bring it up before leaving. I also trusted that the job would be done thoroughly because of the high reviews and because the service specifically advertises attention to detail. I'm leaving 2 stars because the staff was courteous, there was no wait on a Monday afternoon, and the service was quick. However, it was probably too quick considering how much was overlooked. For nearly $60 after tip, especially on a car that was not very dirty to begin with, I was honestly expecting much better attention to detail.

I strongly recommend AVOIDING this place…read more The exterior/interior wash costs about $30, plus another $8 if you want your mats done, which already feels overpriced for what you get. Unfortunately, the real problems started when I got back into my car. I tried to put the car into drive and couldn't. After a moment of confusion, I realized the driver-side floor mat had been put back on top of the gas pedal. This is not just careless, it's dangerous. No basic quality check should miss something like that. Then I noticed the interior windows were still filthy and heavily streaked, like they were wiped down with dirty rags. I had to point it out and send the car back twice before they finally got the glass reasonably clean. The worst part is the damage to my interior. The leather on both rear seats is now visibly stretched, apparently from someone kneeling on them while cleaning the rear window. This was not an issue before the wash. When I raised it with the general manager, Arelli, I was told it was just "age and wear and tear," which is simply not true. The seats were in near-mint condition before they touched the car, and it's frustrating to have the problem dismissed instead of addressed. Between the safety issue, poor cleaning quality, and damage to my interior followed by zero accountability, this was an extremely disappointing experience. If zero stars were an option, that's what this place would get. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend their services to anyone.
