This is not a touch less wash, it has brushes that seem to do a good job without scratching my car. They have plenty of high suction vacuums, and is usually pretty quick in and out, not too busy. While I waited to get my car washed, I noticed their hours and could see why I was unsuccessful in the past. They are only open 9 AM - 4 PM most days, and only 10 AM - 4 PM on Mondays and 10 AM - 3 PM on Sundays. I found the setup to be a little confusing as did a gentleman after me. Neither of us was sure which signs to follow in terms of where to bring our cars. There are signs directing you to the back but I think you are supposed to bring your car up front as that is where the car enters the wash. I think the car wash needs to work on improving the signage. The car wash itself was pretty good. All of the dirt and bird poop were successfully removed and my car is once again shiny. The two gentlemen working there did a good job vacuuming and cleaning the inside of the car too. I wasn't sure if there is a lounge you are supposed to wait in while the car is cleaned so I just sort of wandered around outside and enjoyed the nice weather. I thought the price of the wash seemed a little high, but it is a hand wash so I think that makes sense that it costs more than my usual machine wash. The ease of using the mat cleaning supplies here is okay, but what feels like a more dangerous layout compared to the newer, closer location. The last few times I used this location, the vacuums were not working too well. My daughter also appreciates the fancy lights at the location closer to our house, haha. I am happy this location is here in a pinch and I appreciate the value of being able to use whatever location is closest to me! There have also been times when parts of the wash tunnel didn't seem to be functioning properly, leaving my vehicle less clean than expected. The staff has generally been polite, but maintenance and attention to detail seem to have declined compared to when I first became a customer. For the price of a membership, I expected a more reliable experience. It's not terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement.
