Owner said he was not a mechanic and really was not interested in looking at the defective part or belt. It was the drive tensioner that was defective and should have been changed 7/27/20. Kept asking what he could do. We told him it would be fair to reimburse us for the service 7/27/20 and 9/1 /20. He said maybe it wasn't changed to save us money. Not sure how it's saving money when the belt came off after a month and the steering and brakes went out on the car that could have caused a fatal accident. He then grabbed a copy of a bad review I had written and told us we could go to Andy's Automotive and that he was not going to do anything . Very unprofessional

The owner Earl V Wells told me it had been serviced by M & M in Lancaster. Just two days after the purchase the check engine light came on. The error was a transmission error, so we took the truck to Wilson's Chevrolet in Winnsboro, who informed me that a transmission low pressure warning had appeared 18 miles prior to my purchase, but had seemingly been erased. Wilson's told me it needed a new transmission and air bag computer. Estimated cost was $6,600!! We went for a second opinion at Stateline Dodge in Fort Mill who told us it didn't need new transmission but a Transmission Solenoid Pack and Air Bag Computer estimated cost $2,600. Now I will point out the transmission error meant there would suddenly be no power to accelerate from a standstill, and that any or all airbags could deploy at any time...even while driving! These combined errors made the truck I had purchased in good faith, very dangerous to drive!! I went back to the seller, he was not willing to help resolve the issue.

My mother currently still drives the RX I purchased from Wright's back in 2010 and loves it (although it is really time for an upgrade :-) ). The truly unique thing regarding Wright's is the ability to get something that you don't see on the lot. The owner will basically take down your preferences and try to obtain the make / model that you want within your budget (if it is realistic). My brother recently purchased a Lexus CT200h from Wright's through this method. It only took 3 weeks to find the vehicle for him and he has been very pleased so far.
