When I awoke I learned that my left Femur, Tibia, Fibula, and Calcaneus were broke. My sternum broke which damaged my heart. Ribs 5-7 broke (left side) My nose and jaw were broken and I had 2 strokes. I had just picked up my 6 year old Son from school, he died instantly. This accident wrecked my life. I was in chronic pain, I limped and my brain wasn't working like before. I had a Paralegal apply for SSA on my behalf and of course got denied the first time. I appealed and got a letter stating they are sticking with their first decision. A disabled Friend told me I needed to get a Lawyer asap and he knew a good one. Keith called me and was pleasant, and you could tell he was passionate about what he does for a living. He does not appreciate the government making life difficult for people trying to get disability. He is a good man and his heart is in the right place. He explained what I needed to do and filed the paperwork for me asap. He kept in constant contact and communicated clearly what I needed to do and what he was going to do. He was much more like a Friend than a Lawyer. With his help I got disability. I recommend you have Keith help you. Don't start the process yourself like I did, that will just waste time and makes the process more difficult for Keith. Have him help you immediately. I assure you that you won't be disappointed. He knows exactly what to do and is confident. NOW GO GET WHAT IS OWED TO YOU!!!!

Please strongly consider using this law firm for their services…read more My sister, a physician, experienced the rapid onset of severe cognitive problems. While she was waking crying up terrified that her brain was not working correctly, she was also expected to fill out disability forms to submit to her disability insurance carrier in order to be scrutinized. There could not have been a more difficult time for me and my family. While we had a family member who was unrecognizable from a cognitive standpoint, we needed to get her help so that she could focus only on the daily care she needed as well as rehabilitation. When I contacted Attorney Susan and her assistant Amanda, they were so compassionate and accommodating to our situation it was clear that their primary concern was for my sister and our family rather than getting a signature on a form for us to handle their case. I consider them to be providing a public service first to help people make educated decisions about their cases and secondly a law firm that operates a business. Thank you Susan and Amanda, Our family is so grateful for your dedication to helping others at the most difficult of times. Laurie

When you are no longer the new patient/client you are often ignored, put on the back burner, or made to feel alone again in your journey of finding a new "normal." It's a scary thing living life with new physical and mental challenges. It's tough on all your relationships and takes a toll on everyone, not just you. You need to lean on everyone, you feel useless, alone and in complete despair all the time. By some miracle I found Heather Gardner at Darris Law. I know Heather is in my corner to answer me at all times. I would be truly lost without Heather and Kendrich's support. There really is no way to explain what they do but if you are in need or unable to stand up for yourself, you will understand the weight they lift on your first call with her. There is no way I would have been able to move forward without them. Thank you is not enough. Thank you Heather. You are my angel.
