Two bids were very close. The third was so high it was laughable ( I have found this to be quite common when I took bids on other projects). I decided on Creekside Painting. Am I glad. They are a hands on group. I was kept informed at every step. They were always here on time and extremely professional. They left each day (6 days total) with my house back in order. Each painter was courteous, hard working, and knew their craft. The final product was gorgeous. We could not be happier. I felt their bid was very fair, and had them do some additional work at a reasonable cost. I would suggest just taking their bid alone, but I've found that taking three gives you a better picture.
